After retiring, I made the decision to embark on a second step in life by studying law, and after facing two failures, I successfully passed the Certified Administrative Procedure Legal Specialist examination. Given the declining population in Japan, it is inevitable that we have to depend on foreign talent. I realized the value of qualification in assisting foreign individuals in working and living in Japan.
Prior to starting my own practice, I had an opportunity to support the management of a listed company as an outside director.
